Mama's Love Refund Policy

At Mama's Love, we take pride in delivering high quality, artisanal products crafted with care. Your satisfaction is our priority, but to ensure fairness and sustainability, we have specific guidelines for refunds.

1. 7 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may request a refund within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unopened/unused (seals intact).
  • OR, if opened, usage does not exceed:
    • 25g for 500g (½ KG) packaging.
    • 50g for 1 KG packaging.
    • 50g for 2 KG packaging.

Example: If you purchase a 1 KG jar and use ≤50ml, you’re eligible for a refund.

2. How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Us: Email mamaaz.luv@gmail.com or call +92 321 0066621 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide Details: Share your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product.
  3. Return the Product:
    • Ship it back to: Mama's Love
    • Must include original packaging and proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible returns: Refund issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, minus delivery charges.
  • Non eligible returns: If usage exceeds limits or packaging is damaged, refunds will not be processed.

4. Important Notes

  • No returns for:
    • Products used beyond the specified limits (see Section 1).
    • Products purchased from third party retailers.
  • Delivery charges are non refundable.
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
