We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan. For remote areas, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 321 0066621 to confirm availability before ordering.
2. Shipping Fees
- Calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
- Exact charges displayed at checkout before payment.
3. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.
4. Delivery Timelines
Estimated Delivery:
- Major cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, etc.) – 3–5 business days
- Smaller towns – 5–7 business days
- Remote/rural areas – 7–10 business days
Note: Delays may occur due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
- Track your package via the courier’s website (e.g., TCS, Leopard).
6. Delivery Attempts
- Two attempts will be made by the courier.
- If undelivered, the order returns to our warehouse. Contact us within 7 days to reschedule delivery (reshipping fees apply) or request a refund (excluding original shipping charges).
